Line of Research: Socio-technological systems
Ana Carolina is a master and doctoral student in Organizational Studies at EAESP-FGV, with specializations in Management at the Harvard Extension School and Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research and practice activities include Dialogue, Dialogical Organizational Development, Non-Violent Communication, Education for Sustainability, Transdisciplinarity and Identity of the Sustainability Professional. She is a professor of the sustainability line of the Professional Master’s in Management for Competitiveness at EAESP-FGV, a program that she helped implement and coordinate with GVces (Center for Sustainability Studies at EAESP-FGV) from 2016 to 2020. For ten years, she worked in large companies such as Natura, Unilever and Bunge Alimentos in the areas of Marketing, Branding and Corporate Education. Today she works as a consultant and coach with private and third sector companies in education projects for sustainability, dialogue and engagement with stakeholders and team building. She created the Sustentabilistas network to be a space for the development of sustainability professionals in their entirety.
