Fernando holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Sciences from UFRJ, a Bachelor’s and Degree in Geography from UERJ and a postgraduate degree in Economic Engineering and Industrial Administration from UFRJ. He is a Senior Technologist in Geographical Information and Statistics-Socio-Economic Analysis at the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics Foundation (IBGE), since 2002, currently working on the Annual Industrial Survey-Product. At IBGE, he previously worked in the Analysis and Methodology Management, with the analysis of the Monthly Industrial Survey of Physical Production, Monthly Industrial Survey of Employment and Salary, Industrial Survey of Agroindustry (half-yearly) and Annual Survey of the Construction Industry.
