Sandro Damásio is a civil engineer with specialization in onshore and offshore Foundation Engineering and in Economics, Energy Management, both from UFRJ. He is currently a management and sustainability advisor at Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras-Eletrobras. He has experience in Business Management, with an emphasis on Sustainability, Project Management and Electric Power Generation. He participated in the Advanced Management Program-APG / Amana Key and has training for Directors-Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance-IBGC.
