Helena Carla Pimentel holds a degree in Psychology from FUMEC, a specialization in Urban Environmental Planning (Urbanism) from PUC-MG and a specialization in Environmental Planning and Management from the Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte (2002). She is currently the Owner of Carla Pimentel Paisagismo Ltda.

In his dissertation, he set out to systematize the benefits of therapeutic gardens for human health and well-being, in addition to gathering and suggesting recommendations for the implementation of therapeutic gardens in health institutions.
